People's Community Culture Centre “Postoyanstvo” (chitalishte) is a cultural monument boasting great contribution to the preservation and development of Bulgarian language and tradition, successful in promoting the theatrical and musical arts and in the development of librarian expertise and ethnography.
Lom Opera Theatre was set up in 1923 and was among the earliest in the country. It has delivered 73 performances of Bulgarian and world classics, many concerts and related events.
Krustyu Pishurka Drama Theatre /1856/ at the Community Centre has staged more that 480 performances.
Children's Musical Academy is performing at the Opera Theatre with the very first performance called "The Wolf and The Seven Little Goats".
Ekaterina Vankova Singers Formation for Old Urban Songs participated in festivals in Montana and Vratsa and was awarded the third prize.

Smuglyanka Formation for Russian songs and romances has been set up in 2007 and boasts rich repertoire.
The Library at the Community Culture Centre was established in 1848 and today keeps more than 107,000 library units, including old printed rare and valuable books.

Danube Dance Ensemble at the Community Centre has taken part in various national and foreign competitions and was highly praised.
